Pricing

I offer an initial one hour meeting (within 20 miles) free of charge to discuss your project and what you hope to achieve, so you can meet me and see if I am the right fit. After this consultation you will be sent a quote detailing my pricing for your project.

As a guide, my day rate is £280 per day

Renovation of a complete Victorian Semi-detached house. Including re-modelling the house layout, full implementation of the project including fixtures, fittings, equipment and furniture and management of trades.

My client was completing a full house renovation and needed help with some key decisions. At the right moments I was called in to help choose kitchen finishes, lighting, flooring, paint colours, bathroom tiles, curtain etc. A great way to guide your own choices without blowing the budget.
